At first glance, The Point is a substantially upgraded version of the standard package pick-up point at your closest grocery or convenience store. The difference, however, is that the package and all the delivery services needed following your order are the main focus and are not treated as unprioritized secondary services.

The property company Atrium Ljungberg is taking the lead in the development of The Point. It is launching the concept under the name Leveriet at Sickla Shopping Center in Stockholm and Mobilia Shopping Center in Malmö in November and December 2018. In 2019, Leveriet is expected to be scaled up and rolled out at multiple locations in Sweden.

Atrium Ljungberg can launch Leveriet thanks to LogTrade’s system for delivery management. With LogTrade integrated into your order management system, you will also be able to benefit from the following new opportunities:

  1. It does not matter which carrier you use. The Point will not restrict online retailers to only some suppliers or carriers. You can deliver to The Point using whichever carrier you want.
  2. Your customers can get all their deliveries and orders sent to The Point.
  3. Your customers can open their package and have a look at what they have ordered. If they have ordered clothes, they can try them out in the fitting rooms.
  4. The staff will help recycle packaging and manage returns, including packing.
  5. Your customers can then decide if they want to take the package home with them or have it sent to their home.
  6. You can use the back area to deliver products in advance, before Christmas, for example, so customers can pick their products up 10 minutes after placing an order.
  7. A drive-in can be provided for customers who want to pick up their orders with their cars.
  8. You can choose to display a selection of your products in the showrooms at The Point/Leveriet.
