The Hunt For the One and Only TM System
A transport management system should be user-friendly, stable and innovative. But what does that really mean, and how do you know which system that will be the best match for your ERP system? This is how Endeavor found the answer:

Endeavour has offices in Gothenburg, Stockholm, and Jönköping, where Sales Manager Anders Brunmarker is based. It is a company that develops digital solutions for clients’ business processes. -Sometimes, we focus only their CRM system, other times, we focus only on their ERP system. The times we create a solution for both, or when there is a third system involved, we ensure all systems are integrated with one another.
Brunmarker explains that collecting all business processes in one digital system so that the company gets a comprehensible overall solution is an important intermediate goal for Endeavour.

INTEGRATED TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT
In other words, Endeavour shares LogTrade’s opinion that no company should have to do everything twice because different systems do not communicate with each other. They also agree with LogTrade that the best scenario is when the customer does not have to work in separate systems any more than they need to.
-LogTrade fits us like a glove. We want to provide our customers with an ERP system that is as automated as possible, especially when it comes to transport and freight management. We want them to be able to track shipments and be notified about deviations in real time.
WHAT MAKES A GOOD TM SYSTEM?
Endeavour works with and comes up with digital solutions based on standardized Microsoft products. This means that Endeavour offers solutions in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Third-party products, such as a TM system, are then applied to those systems.
Today, every time a company wishes to add more features, a technical consultant has to go into their system and make the necessary adjustments manually. Then, when the system the needs an upgrade, the consultant has to adjust the customized solution again, manually. That is not the case with LogTrade.
-We are always looking for third-party products that are both stable in the here and now as well as future-proof, systems that deliver on their promises and that set themselves apart from the rest in an interesting way.

This is unlike non-standardized on-premise solutions that are not made up of modules. The latter type of system usually costs more than it’s worth, especially when it comes to the installation and upgrading, says Brunmarker.
Thanks to LogTrade’s software, implementing new features is an easy and practically risk-free task for Endeavour.
