Mr. Hans Krantz, Chairman of the Board

Mr. Hans Krantz has served as a member of the boards of various software companies for the last 10 years. Mr. Krantz has served as: Chairman of the board for XOR GROUP AB (1998 – 2004), EdiCom International AB (2001-2004), API Maintenance Systems A/S (2001-2004) and as a board member of Tribon Solutions AB and Appium Technologies AB. He has been an advisor to some of the largest institutional investors in Sweden on investments in the Technology sector. He is currently a board member of Nordea, Malmö, Sweden and Chairman of the board of the Usemark Group. Prior to that, he worked with corporate finance (as a consultant) for Active i Malmö AB and served as Managing Director for a Swedish privately held investment company, Unitech Trading AB. Mr. Hans Krantz is based in Malmö and has an MBA in Economics from the University of Lund, Sweden.

Mr. Fredrik Svedberg, CEO and Member of the Board

Mr. Fredrik Svedberg is one of the founders of EdiCom International AB. EdiCom is a vendor of software for customs and transport administration. Mr. Svedberg served as CEO for EdiCom International AB during 1990 – 1998. During this period EdiCom became market leader with more than 1000 customers in Scandinavia. Mr. Svedberg has also worked as CEO of Netch Technologies AB, a supplier of Internet based software solutions. Prior to that, he has been the Manager of a forwarding department within the Swedish defense industry. Since 2001 Mr. Svedberg has been a board member of several software companies: EdiCom International AB (2001-2004), API Maintenance Systems AS (2001-2004), Basset AS (2001-2005). He is based in Malmö, Sweden, and is currently the CEO of LogTrade.
